You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. To be eligible, items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@benchcritters.com with the following details:

  • Name

  • Your order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for requesting a refund

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, refunds can take up to 14 days to process, although they typically occur within 2 to 3 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

All items sold by Bench Critters Ltd are eligible for a refund, provided they meet the criteria mentioned above.

6. Exchanges

We strive to maintain the highest quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, we will exchange it free of charge.

  • Reporting a Defective Item: If your item is defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately or within 24 hours of delivery. Email us at info@benchcritters.com with your name, order number, and reason for the exchange. Including a photo of the defect is helpful but not mandatory.

  • Exchange Process: The customer will not incur any shipping costs for the exchange. The new product will be sent as soon as the defective item is received and processed, typically within 24 hours.
